- Custom Detail Panel - Adds all the necessary detail fields i.e. (price, location, sq ft, etc.).
- Dynamic Image Resizing – Never worry about having to resize your images, upload large images via the Wordpress admin and the theme takes care of the rest generating thumbnails, medium, and large size images on the fly.
- Built-in Google Maps – displays property locations automatically.
- Multiple Images Per Listing – upload multiple images per listing, with a smooth jQuery Gallery Slider.
- Add property statuses such as “Sold”, “Rented” or “Reduced”, from the listing write panel and a corresponding graphic will be overlayed on the listing image.
- Searchable listings – listings are searchable by address or description.
- Blog Functionality – a full featured Blog can also easily be added as an option.
- Very scalable page structure – allows for accommodation of large amounts of content without breaking the layout
- Five nice large stock photos are included as well.
How It Works
- Fill out the form on the right or contact me to get started.
- Once you review the proposal I send to you and everything looks good, you'll sign the proposal and remit a retainer payment to get the project started.
- We'll go over in detail what features you would like to include for your website, color preferences, etc. You send me the intial content, photos you want to use, etc.
- We program the website to work.
- You will preview the test website to see if there are minor things you want to change i.e. text, images, colors, etc. (up to 3 rounds of revisions).
- You're happy with what you see and so we launch the live site.
- We'll send you an invoice for the final balance.
Payment
We accept personal checks and all major credit cards e.g. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
